Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm CT. (Monday - Thursday will be in office/onsite).
Job Type : Contract (5 months)

The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, develop creative sourcing strategies, and serve as a trusted talent advisor to business stakeholders. Job Description
As a Contract Experienced Recruiter, you will manage a full-cycle recruiting desk while supporting a diverse range of business functions and talent needs. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to identify, attract, assess, and hire high-performing talent.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full life cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
  • Conduct candidate research, outreach, screening, and assessment activities.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.
  • Negotiate and facilitate employment offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Drive diversity sourcing initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to source, track, and manage candidates.
  • Stay informed on recruiting trends, talent market conditions, compensation insights, and emerging sourcing techniques.
  • Support employer branding efforts and represent the organization within professional networks, industry events, and talent communities.
  • Manage multiple requisitions, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience within a corporate recruiting environment, executive search firm, or staffing agency.
  • Demonstrated experience with full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Proven success managing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience developing and executing creative candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Strong experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong business partnering, consulting, and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and make sound recruiting recommendations.
  • Experience supporting behavioral-based interview processes and candidate preparation.
  • Must be local to the Minneapolis area and able to work onsite.
