Pay Range: 100% commission. High performers earn $130k+ in uncapped commissions. 

The Role

As a Hello Garage Outside Sales Representative, you will:

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners, (no cold-calling). Every appointment is an opportunity to close.
• Lead structured, high-clarity in-home consultations that uncover needs and build custom solutions.
• Drive decisive conversations that create commitment and deliver real results.
• Do what's right, not what's easy. Bring excellence to every homeowner, every time.

• A true Sales professional; 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
