Job Title: Scrum Master with EHR

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities:

• As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes.
• This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in Program Project Management is required. Master proficiency in Epic EHR is recommended.
• Expert proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Risk Management, and Scope Management, along with Master proficiency in Agile Project Delivery, are suggested.
• Drive the alignment of project objectives with organizational goals to ensure successful delivery and value creation.
• Analyze project performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex challenges and optimize resource utilization.
• Support the development of team members by sharing knowledge and encouraging continuous learning.
• Champion the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to elevate project management standards.
